RestaurantOpsApp Sales Partner Program

Good introductions.
Better food cost decisions.

Hospitality professionals who know restaurant operators can introduce qualified businesses to RestaurantOpsApp and earn commissions when approved referrals become paying customers.

RestaurantOpsApp handles the demonstration, sales process, onboarding, product support, and customer relationship.

How it works

An introduction with a clear process.

Partner applications and individual referrals are reviewed by RestaurantOpsApp.

01

Apply

Tell us about your hospitality background, market, and professional network. An application does not guarantee acceptance.

02

Make an introduction

Once approved and given referral instructions, connect us with a business that may benefit from better food cost information. The referral attribution window is 90 days.

03

We take it forward

RestaurantOpsApp reviews eligibility, runs the sales process, and serves the customer. Qualifying paid subscriptions generate commission under the agreed terms.

Who the program is for

Built for people who know hospitality.

Executive chefs, restaurant owners, food and beverage leaders, hotel and resort operators, casino operators, hospitality consultants, and vendors with genuine industry relationships.

Operational credibility

You understand purchasing, recipes, margins, and the pressures on working kitchens.

Relevant relationships

You can introduce decision makers at businesses that could use better visibility into food cost.

Professional judgment

You communicate honestly, respect the operator's time, and make introductions with permission.

Commission structure

A rate assigned to each qualifying customer.

Each rate applies to qualifying subscription revenue collected during that customer's first 12 months. RestaurantOpsApp approves qualifying referrals.

Customers 1 through 50
15%

Of qualifying collected subscription revenue.

Customers 51 through 100
20%

Of qualifying collected subscription revenue.

Customer 101 and above
25%

Of qualifying collected subscription revenue.

How tier progression works

Tiers count qualifying new customers over the life of the partner relationship and do not reset annually. A later tier never changes an earlier customer's assigned rate. That rate remains fixed for the customer's qualifying 12 month period. Commission eligibility for that customer then ends.

Additional locations, users, outlets, departments, subscription expansions, add ons, and future purchases by an existing customer do not automatically count as new customers for tier progression.

Illustration only

How one payment could calculate

If a qualifying customer at the 15 percent tier pays $99 in qualifying subscription revenue in a month, the commission for that payment would be $14.85. Only qualifying revenue actually collected during that customer's eligible first 12 months counts. This example is not an earnings projection or guarantee.

Frequently asked questions

Details that matter.

Does an introduction automatically qualify?

No. RestaurantOpsApp approves qualifying referrals. Existing customers and prospects already active in its sales pipeline do not automatically qualify as new referrals.

How long is attribution open?

The referral attribution window is 90 days. The approved partner process will document the introduction and its eligibility.

Does my rate change for earlier customers?

No. Tier changes are not retroactive. Each qualifying customer's assigned rate remains fixed for that customer's 12 month commission period.

Do additional locations count as new customers?

Not automatically. A location, user, outlet, department, subscription expansion, add on, or later purchase by an existing customer does not automatically advance the tier.

When and how are commissions paid?

Payout timing, method, and adjustment procedures will be set out in a partner agreement before participation. This public page does not establish a payout schedule.

Is a partner dashboard active today?

Approved partners can sign in after their accounts are provisioned and an agreement is active. The public portal preview contains no customer information. Applications submitted by email do not create accounts automatically.

Program terms summary

Clear scope before you apply.

Commission rates are 15 percent for qualifying customers 1 through 50, 20 percent for 51 through 100, and 25 percent from customer 101 onward. The rate is assigned to each qualifying customer and applies to qualifying subscription revenue collected during that customer's first 12 months. Tier progression never resets and later tiers do not apply retroactively.

Referral attribution lasts 90 days. RestaurantOpsApp approves referrals and determines whether a customer is new and qualifying. Existing customers and active pipeline prospects do not automatically qualify. Expansion of an existing customer does not automatically create another customer for tier purposes.

This summary is informational. A written partner agreement will address full participation, payout, adjustment, and acceptance terms before a partner begins referring customers.
